Recently a few of our members met up at to share some of their favorite dishes and to try some new dishes too. With their expansive menu we definitely recommend ordering for the table to share. If you've been, leave a comment with your favorite dish so we know what to order next time!
🥔 Cumin potato chips
🥟 Sichuan spicy wontons
🥒 Cucumber salad
🍖 Di guo beef tenderloin
🍗 Dry pot chicken tenders
🍆 Yu-Xiang eggplant
💚 Green beans with minced pork
While not a single scrap was left behind (hello delicious leftovers), here are the stand outs of the group:
Malini : I loved the Dry Pot Chicken Tenders because it was PACKED with flavor and heat 🔥. I recommend stirring it occasionally so the bottom doesn’t get too hot and all that delicious flavor get tossed through.
Courtney : The Green Beans with Minced Pork are for lovers of garlic and subtle heat! The crispy morsels of spiced pork really take these veggies over the top.
Erin : The Di Guo Beef Tenderloin is like a savory stew. It was so aromatic, the beef and vegetables were tender and flavorful, and had "flatbread" cooked over the top that absorbed some of the sauce.
Ann : The Yu-Xiang Eggplant was probably the best eggplant dish I've had in a long time. The flavors were subtle and a little sweet. I'm not sure what the sauce was but it was sweet without being sickenly sweet. It was a perfect balance to the other dishes that were way more spicy.
