The den features a beautiful view of the sparkling blue pool through the original picture window, which allows an abundance of natural light to fill the room. The space also showcases two watercolor paintings by Marge Tilley, given to Lisa by her friend, artist Miriam Eve Tidwell. The coffee table and end tables were sourced from Scott Antique Markets. The fireplace was rebuilt, and custom-built bookshelves were added to enhance the room’s character. The hardwood floors were installed by Dusty Brogdon.

SVM AUGUST 2026
The beautiful Overlook home of Ashley and John Holt is a thoughtful blend of art, history, and timeless design. The formal living room sets an elegant tone, anchored by two striking encaustic paintings by the late Columbus artist Marge Tilley. A recently acquired red canvas commands attention above a pair of Sasha Sykes acrylic and straw cube tables, creating a sophisticated focal point. An antique Oushak rug lends warmth and texture underfoot, while Bennison fabric pillows add refined character to the vintage sofa, completing a space that is both inviting and effortlessly elegant.
