10 years ago, it all started with a simple idea to build the place where we wanted to work.

When COhatch launched in 2016 at the original Hardware Store in Worthington, the mission was clear: a business shouldn't just exist in a community; it should invest in it.

Guided by that vision, our co-founders set out to create more than just shared office space, they wanted to build a true neighborhood hub. We take a forgotten, underutilized space and restore them into a place where local founders, remote workers, and neighbors can thrive.

To everyone who joined us at Worthington, thank you for helping us lay the foundation for everything that followed.

Stay tuned as we celebrate 10 years of COhatch by looking back at our first 10 locations!

Elevate your next gathering in The Sky Room at COhatch Powell! Perfect for team workshops, offsites, or celebrations.

We’re excited to announce our judges panel for The Dublin Pitch on October 15th!

Three of this year’s judges are past pitch winners who have gone on to raise millions, earn FDA clearances, and scale nationwide. Before turning their attention to this year’s competing startups, these returning champions will kick off the night by sharing quick updates on their company growth since their own pitch wins.

A huge thank you to Rich Wartel, Founder of One Labs Innovation, Teri Sirset, Founder & CEO of DASI Simulations, Geoff Bruder, Founder of SonicFire Tech, and Aaron Crookes, Founder & CEO of Apricity Robotics, for joining us to mentor and evaluate our next generation of founders! 👏
