We can’t be silent anymore! Though we are a non political organization we work with victims of human trafficking, domestic violence and Sexual Assault and if we as a community don’t start talking about the rapid rise in immigrant (mostly illegal and temporary) crimes against women and children we are doing a serious disservice to our stated mission! Facts are neither racist or politic they are facts. I’m done pretending we can’t speak truth. We see the consequences of suicidal empathy and intentional ignorance. It doesn’t go away when you pretend it isn’t a problem… it multiplies.

AGAIN AND AGAIN: Indian national on F-1 student visa accused of str*ngling Arizona girlfriend then fleeing the country.

Varun Batchigari, 20, entered the United States through Los Angeles International Airport on an F-1 student visa on January 8, 2024.

He was studying business analytics at the University of Arizona.

On August 6, 2026, 19-year-old Julissa Rubi Salazar was found d*ad in her Tucson apartment near campus with clear signs of strang*lation, including redness, scratches around her neck, and petechiae marks.

Police say Salazar had planned to break up with Batchigari over an alleged history of domestic violence and abuse.

After the k*lling, investigators allege he stole her phone and credit cards, then sent text messages to her mother while posing as Salazar in an attempt to cover his tracks.

Those messages raised suspicion and triggered the welfare check that discovered her body.

The same day, Batchigari boarded a flight out of Tucson International Airport, connected through Houston, and flew to Germany with the intent of continuing to India.

He was arrested upon landing in Germany. He now faces first-degree m*rder and kidnapping charges. The FBI is coordinating his extradition back to Arizona.

I spend my days helping children, families, and communities learn how to face challenges, solve problems, and take brave steps forward.
Do you know something important I've learned?

Everyone feels scared, worried, confused, frustrated, or uncertain sometimes.
Even grown-ups.
The goal isn't to be fearless.
The goal is to learn how to listen, think, and choose what we do next.

One of my favorite things about Buddy is that he's always learning.
He's curious.
He's brave.
He's kind.
And just like all of us, he doesn't always get things right the first time.
That's okay. Because mistakes aren't the end of learning.
They're often where learning begins.

Together, Buddy, Jamie, Blaze, Misty, and I explore new adventures, learn important skills, and discover what it means to grow into capable, confident, and caring people.
Because every child deserves someone who believes in them.
And I believe in you.

We’re going to be posting some polarizing content. For a long time I have hesitated, but silence kills our kids.

Protecting our children is one of our foundational pillars- being honest about who is harming them and how is a huge part of that!

As patterns emerge, pretending they don’t exist is enabling and a tremendous public disservice.

We will share the stories not getting the press attention they deserve because they don’t fit the agenda…. Our agenda is full transparency! Offenders come in every demographic and its crucial motive is considered, access is considered, accountability is considered.

If THIS doesn't infuriate you, then you're not paying attention: black couple who posted about "white privilege" sentenced after taking the life of their 3-year-old white foster daughter.

Ariel Robinson and Jerry Robinson, who had publicly posted content attacking "white privilege," were the foster parents of 3-year-old Victoria "Tori" Rose Smith, a little white girl.

The child d*ed from severe blunt force trauma and internal bleeding caused by repeated beatings while in their care.

Ariel Robinson was sentenced to life in prison. Jerry Robinson received 20 years.

Where's the widespread coverage from the mainstream media? Oh - that's right- it doesn't fit their narrative.

Let's do their jobs for them. Make sure everyone sees this.

Hi Bright Hearts!
My name is Jamie.
I'm a firefighter, a search and rescue leader, Buddy's person, and one of the grown-ups who helps keep our community safe.

When fires burn, storms roll in, people get lost, or families need help, you'll often find me working with my team to make sure everyone gets home safely.
But do you know what one of my most important jobs is?
Taking care of Buddy.

When Buddy first came home, everything was new and a little scary. New places. New people. New adventures.
Just like many of us, Buddy had to learn that being brave doesn't mean you're never scared.
Being brave means taking the next step anyway.
That's something we're learning together.

You see, Buddy is training to become a Community Care K-9. One day, he'll help children and families during difficult times. He'll visit communities after storms, fires, floods, and other emergencies. He'll help people feel safe, connected, and supported when life feels big.
My job is to help teach him.

Together, we practice important things like:

🤝 Trust
💛 Connection
👣 Responsibility
🌲 Teamwork

Sometimes I'm teaching Buddy.
Sometimes Buddy teaches me.

And every day we learn a little more about courage, kindness, and helping others.
Real heroes aren't the people who never get scared.
Real heroes are the people who keep showing up, keep helping, and keep caring.
