Rolling Ridge Rescue

🎃📣 Please S•H•A•R•E 📣🎃

We need your help! We are building a building just for the pups… here is how you can help! ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

I am so excited to share our Halloween/Fall shirts! 🎃

I’ll be taking orders through Wednesday, October 7th, and shirts will be ready for pickup next Friday.
Shirts are $25 each.

As most of you know, we are in the process of building a new building for the pups, and we need to raise $8,500 to cover the cost. (This is cheap for a building y’all!!) So if you want a cute new shirt AND want to help our pups, here’s your chance! I do have to ask that all shirts be paid for when you order. (Last time I did a shirt order, I got stuck w/ 11 shirts that were never picked up or paid for, and that kind of defeats the whole purpose of us trying to raise money. 😩)

If you’d like one, just comment your size below or send us a DM if you’d rather not comment.
We accept CashApp, Venmo or PayPal (I’ll list all 3 in the comments below)

YES, we can also ship for an additional $8.

Thank y’all so much for always supporting Rolling Ridge Rescue and our pups. Every single shirt gets us a little closer to getting their new building finished. ❤️
(They are being printed on a khaki color exactly like the first picture. Shirts are 100% cotton)

I’m sharing this because I honestly didn’t know it myself! I always assumed the police department was over Animal Control, but through running this rescue I’ve learned that our Cullman County Commissioners are actually the ones overseeing it. I work w/ some of our AC officers often and the director (she is AMAZING) and have had GREAT experiences, so this is NOT saying there’s currently a problem.

I just want everyone to know who to contact if one does arise b/c I get messages weekly about situations people have witnessed wanting me to do something. If you have time to message me, please take that same time to contact the correct person. I can’t report something I didn’t personally witness.

***** with Beau’s Law taking effect TODAY, October 1, officers NOW have more ability to address situations they couldn’t before. The biggest thing is simply knowing who to contact should you see nothing getting done*****

• STEP 1: Call Animal Control dispatch and report the situation.
• STEP 2: If the issue is not addressed, or you’re told they are full and cannot help, contact Rodney Banister, director of Cullman County Animal Control.
• STEP 3: If you still feel the issue has not been properly addressed, contact one of our Cullman County Commissioners directly.

The important thing is to follow the proper chain of command and make sure your concerns reach the people who can actually address them.

Feel free to S•H•A•R•E

Alabama followers…. The date is FINALLY here!!!
This tomorrow is like Christmas morning to me.
So here is the deal. If your dog is left outside in unsafe conditions and I see it, I WILL call. And I hope everyone else joins me and does the same!

📣 Beau’s Law goes into effect TOMORROW, October 1st! 📣👏 Please know the law. Protect your pets. And if you see something, SAY something. They depend on us to be their voice. ❤️

🩷 Meet Favey 📣

Please hit S🐾H🐾A🐾R🐾E

This pretty girl is Favey… a gorgeous 16-month-old Australian Shepherd w/ the most beautiful blue eyes!
She is spayed, housetrained, and good w/ kids. She is extremely loving w/ people… plus friendly, affectionate, and definitely a cuddler. 🥰
We aren’t sure yet how she does w: other animals, so that would need to be considered if you already have pets in your home. Unfortunately, Favey’s current owner is having to find her a new home because her young son is allergic. She estimates her to be around 30lbs 💔 If you think you might be the perfect home for this sweet girl, send us a DM and we’ll be happy to connect you with her owner.

Thinking about doing another DOG FOOD FUNDRAISER. We haven’t had a food fundraiser since January and our supply is def. starting to run low. With so many mouths to feed, it may be time to stock those shelves again! Would y’all have any interest in these shirts? I try my best not to pester people with fundraising but unfortunately it’s time in order to keep going. Shirts would be $20 each $8 shipping or FREE local pickup in Cullman

📣📣Before I place an order, I want to hear from y’all… would you buy one? Let me know your thoughts in the comments! 📣📣📣

PAST PUPS UPDATE
I LOVE sharing updates w/ our followers so you can see how some of our past pups are doing. Nothing makes my heart happier than seeing our babies happy, healthy, and SO loved! 💙💙

Jerry & Baylor are absolutely adored by their family! Just look at Baylor’s BEFORE vs. NOW! 😭 How anyone ever let this sweet boy get into the condition he was in I will never understand. Y’all, Baylor is seriously the sweetest boy. The way he looks at you will absolutely melt your heart. And Jerry… he’s just as loved and living his best life right alongside Baylor. Both are the BEST boys.
