And the winner of our 10th Anniversary Giveaway is…

Darlene guessed 4,325 homes, coming within just 67 homes of the actual number! Congratulations, Darlene! You've won our giveaway package from The Butcher - Meat Co., including a $100 gift certificate and some awesome goodies! 🥩🎁

But before we wrap up this celebration, we have a few more numbers we'd love to share!

✨ 10 YEARS OF SOUTHEASTERN SHUTTER ✨

🏡 4,392 homes photographed

🤝 400+ clients served

👀 Nearly 2 MILLION tracked online views!

And here's something worth mentioning… those nearly 2 million views are only the ones our system can track! They don't include the additional exposure when Realtors and homeowners independently share our photography on social media and other platforms.

When you stop and think about it, that's a whole lot of homes, miles traveled, photographs taken, and relationships built along the way!

To every Realtor, builder, homeowner, and client who has trusted Robert to showcase their properties over the years, THANK YOU! Your support, referrals, and loyalty have made these 10 years possible.

And to everyone who participated in our giveaway, thank you for celebrating with us! We loved seeing all your guesses!

Congratulations again, Darlene! ❤️

Here's to 10 years behind the lens… and many more to come! 🥂📸

Okay, Friends... WHAT’S YOUR GUESS? 👇👇👇

When the photos hit Zillow… so did the buyers. 👀🏡

This beautiful home went under contract almost immediately after the professional photos went live!

Coincidence? Maybe. 😉
But we’ll always believe that how a home is presented matters.

Buyers are often introduced to a property through their phone screen before they ever pull into the driveway. Professional photography, aerial imagery, and thoughtful angles help make sure that first impression is a good one.

And with a backyard like THAT… 😍💦

Congratulations to the sellers and their agent on a quick contract!

Helping homes make a great first impression.

When a home has THIS much personality, you let it speak for itself. 🧡

From the warm wood tones and incredible natural light to the bold color, vintage details and mid-century style—this one was an absolute treat to photograph.

Every room has something that makes you stop and look twice. And honestly… isn’t that exactly what great real estate photography should make you do? 📸

Southeastern Shutter | Making homes stand out, one frame at a time.

A new addition to the Southeastern Shutter crew! 📸🚁

Some properties require a little more than pulling into the driveway and grabbing the camera. When we're photographing large acreage, farms and land, getting to all the places that deserve to be showcased can be an adventure of its own.

So, Southeastern Shutter has added a new set of wheels to help us get there! 😎

Our new side-by-side will help us carry our photography and drone equipment across larger properties and reach areas that aren't always accessible by truck—because when you're selling land, the whole property deserves to be seen.

Just another way we're investing in the tools that help us better serve our clients and showcase their listings. ❤️

Southeastern Shutter — we'll go the extra mile... even when that mile doesn't have a road. 😉

Some views make it a little easier to take the day off. 😉☀️

Here’s to slowing down, soaking up the last days of summer, and enjoying the fruits of all that hard work.

Happy Labor Day from Southeastern Shutter!

One home. So many reasons to stop scrolling. 👀🏡

Curb appeal gets their attention.
The details keep it.
And beautiful interiors help them picture themselves at home.

That’s what professional real estate photography is all about. 📸
