Love this family to the moon!
When I first met this family, it was through their wonderful daughter, Sara. She was so excited to tell me that her parents were relocating to Texas and had one big dream, to find the perfect family compound where everyone could be together.
We searched all over North Texas looking for just the right property, but nothing quite checked every box. Rather than settle, Mom and Dad purchased a charming home in Royse City to enjoy themselves while they continued their search for their forever home.
Two years later, that patience paid off.
I’m thrilled to say we found an incredible property with a beautiful home and enough land for their children to build homes as well. It was everything they had been hoping for and praying for.
Helping this amazing family wasn’t just one transaction, it was two. Their trust means more to me than I can express, and I’m incredibly grateful they chose me to walk alongside them through both chapters of their journey.
Welcome home, Patricola Dynasty! We are so happy to have you here in Texas, and I can’t wait to see the memories your family creates for generations to come. ❤️

Data centers are showing up in more communities, and naturally, homeowners and buyers want to know what that could mean for nearby houses.
One of the biggest concerns that comes up is home values. But research from HousingWire found that areas with large data centers generally saw home values track similarly to comparable areas without them.
That doesn't mean proximity never matters. Noise, infrastructure, future development, and potential utility costs are all worth considering.
But a data center nearby isn't automatically bad news for your home's value.
Have one near you or one coming soon? Let’s look at what it could actually mean for your home and your neighborhood.

First-time buyers, your remote job might give you a homebuying advantage you haven't thought about.
If you can work from anywhere, you can buy just about anywhere, too. And searching in a lower-cost area could mean more homes within your budget. It could also mean spending less on everyday things like gas and groceries after your move.
These states are some of the spots where your money may go the furthest, but they aren't your only options. Every state has pockets with better affordability.
A local agent can match your budget and lifestyle to a shortlist of areas, whether that's a new state or somewhere closer to where you already live. Let's connect and start building yours.

Everyone's been watching mortgage rates. But there's another trend buyers shouldn't overlook...
Every fall, the housing market tends to shift.
More homes hit the market. Asking prices often soften. And sellers are usually more willing to negotiate.
Those seasonal changes happen almost every year – and they can make buying a little easier.
Let's talk about whether those same trends are showing up in our local market – and what it means for you.

Think every home on the market is out of reach? Not necessarily.
More than 40% of sellers are dropping their asking price right now. And the median list price this July was the lowest for any July in 5 years.
That means sellers aren’t banking on bidding wars or expecting buyers to pay whatever they ask. They’re more willing to meet you where you’re at.
And that could work in your favor. Want to find out how much wiggle room you have on price in our market? DM me.
