A night on the town or an execute meeting or just a family gathering ROAD TO QUEENDOM has something uniquely designed with you in mind for you. I wish i could but i just cannot. If the item is on hand shipping takes 2-3days max i send all shipments 2day service. If the item had to be ordered shipping can take 1-3 weeks. Some come faster then others. For example: your first order may come in 4days while the second came in 2weeks. It is out of my hands. Express shipping can be very costly so i don’t offer it but i can an still it’s not guarantee with UPS, FEDEX nor DHL! Please be patient. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS once order has been placed UNLESS it’s a mistake on my end. We do ACCEPT EXCHANGES on unworn/unopened merchandise on a case by case basis. THERE IS ANSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on opened fragrances, open and worn clothing...shoes etc
