The shortage of skilled workers is a significant problem. Despite the high earning potential and the opportunity for many to establish successful companies, the shortages persist. In contrast, the unemployment rate for new college graduates is estimated at 7% today and is projected to rise to 30% over the next five to seven years.

For instance, over the next decade, America will require 400,000 electricians, and we are currently falling short of this demand.
