There is something different about entering a room filled with women from different industries, backgrounds, experiences, and stages of business who have all chosen to keep growing.

The right room can challenge your assumptions.

It can introduce you to a solution you had not considered. It can remind you that a challenge you are facing is not yours alone. It can connect you with a woman whose experience changes how you see your next step.

ICON 2026 is not only about what happens onstage.

It is also about the hallway conversation, the introduction between sessions, the shared laugh at the end of a long day, and the moment another woman helps you recognize what is possible.

Tag the woman you are excited to learn from, reconnect with, or finally meet at ICON.

At a large professional event, your energy is one of your most valuable resources.

Every session, introduction, decision, and conversation requires some of it.
That does not mean limiting yourself. It means becoming more intentional about where you invest your attention.

Choose the sessions that directly support your goals. Step away for a few minutes when your mind needs space. Eat before you are completely drained. Decline an invitation when rest will help you show up more fully the next day.

There is no award for attending every possible activity while absorbing very little from any of them.

Protecting your energy is not withdrawing from the experience. It is helping yourself remain present for the opportunities that matter most.

Save this as your reminder to schedule at least one intentional reset during every full ICON day.

Your ICON 2026 experience does not begin at registration.

It begins with the decisions you make before you arrive.

What do you want to learn?
Who would you genuinely like to meet?
What challenge in your business needs a fresh perspective?
How do you want to feel when the event ends?

Without intention, a full event can quickly become a blur of sessions, conversations, photos, and notes.

Choose three outcomes before you enter the room: one relationship to begin, one problem to explore, and one action to take when you return home.

You cannot control every opportunity that may appear, but you can prepare yourself to recognize the right ones.

What is your number-one intention for ICON 2026? Share it below so we can enter the room with purpose together.

Every skill you learn becomes part of your future business.

Sometimes women ask,

"Is it worth learning this?"

A better question might be,

"Who could I become if I did?"

Every new skill strengthens your confidence.

Every new experience expands your perspective.

Every challenge prepares you for the next opportunity.

Nothing you learn is ever wasted.

What new skill do you believe will have the biggest impact on your business?

The business you're building tomorrow depends on the woman you're becoming today.

The truth is, every season asks something new of us.

Sometimes it asks us to learn.

Sometimes it asks us to lead.

Sometimes it asks us to let go of what once worked so we can grow into what comes next.

Instead of asking,

"Am I ready?"

Try asking,

"What is this opportunity preparing me for?"

That single shift can completely change how you approach your next challenge.

What opportunity do you believe is preparing you for your next level?

The women who continue growing are usually the women who stay curious.

Business changes.

Technology changes.

Markets change.

The leaders who continue thriving aren't necessarily the ones who know everything.

They're the ones willing to keep learning.

Curiosity creates adaptability.

Adaptability creates longevity.

What's something new you've become curious about lately?

Your comfort zone has never signed your biggest client.

It's easy to stay where things feel predictable.

But growth usually lives just beyond what feels familiar.

That networking event.

That speaking opportunity.

That conversation you've been putting off.

That offer you've wanted to launch.

The question isn't whether it feels scary.

The question is whether it's worth growing through.

What's one opportunity you've been hesitating to pursue?

Growth rarely feels comfortable.

Every meaningful opportunity in business usually asks something of you first.

It may ask you to speak before you feel ready.

Raise your prices before you're fully confident.

Launch before everything feels perfect.

Or learn a new skill that stretches you beyond what feels familiar.

Many women wait until fear disappears before they take action.

The truth is, confidence usually shows up after the decision—not before it.

The women who continue growing aren't fearless.

They're simply willing to move while fear is still sitting in the passenger seat.

What challenge are you saying "yes" to, even if it feels uncomfortable?

Upskilling isn't just professional development—it's business development.

One of the smartest investments you can make isn't always in another piece of software or another marketing campaign.

It's in yourself.

Learning how to negotiate more confidently.

Becoming a stronger communicator.

Improving your sales conversations.

Understanding AI tools.

Learning public speaking.

Developing leadership skills.

Every new skill expands your ability to create value—and value creates opportunity.

What's one skill you're intentionally developing this year?

07/24/2026

Growth isn't always loud.

Sometimes it looks like:

Better boundaries.

Healthier routines.

More intentional decisions.

Choosing peace over urgency.

Those wins matter too.

What's one quiet win you're celebrating?
