As September 11 approaches, one of the most meaningful ways youth can reflect, learn about and recognize the occasion is by doing what have always done: SERVE.

This year, the 25th anniversary of 9/11 is one of Scouting America’s highlighted service opportunities through Impact365 - and we're challenging all packs, troops and families to choose a project that makes sense for where they live.

This could mean caring for a local memorial, supporting first responders, helping a neighbor or local organization, cleaning up a shared community space or finding another positive, impactful way to meet a need close to home.

The project itself may look different from community to community. The purpose is the same: to honor those whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001.

As we remember September 11, let’s turn reflection into action - one , one family and one Good Turn at a time.

Congratulations Eagle Scout Arlis N. of Troop 895!! His BOR was September 1, 2026!

At the 2026 National Scout Jamboree in Glen Jean, West Virginia, we spent time at the Peak Wellness tent connecting with Scouts, Scout leaders, parents and chaperones from across the country.

We shared resources to help keep kids and teens safer online.
