Good morning Jay’e Birds!!! Taking a trip down memory lane. This is me at 17 going on 18 vs now at 40 going on 41. The boy I was back then would truly appreciate the man I am today.

Good morning Jay’e birds!!! New day, new grace, new mercies. Have an awesome day and weekend ahead. And btw once my book is out, then I’ll be releasing my highly anticipated sophomore album. It’s been a long time coming but it’s time. So get ready, Jay’e birds… Jay’e R. is returning and you’re not going to be ready.. ☺️☺️☺️

Wassup Jay’e Birds!!! It’s Thursday and my workout schedule is completed. I have learned in this two year journey that discipline and focus are the name of the game. Losing weight helped me gain more than what you see on the outside. It led me to the man I had been fighting hard for years to become. Thankful it came at 40, going to be honest. I appreciate my body and my health more now. When you want change, you make it. Otherwise, you’re only looking through at others.

Wassup Jay’e birds!!! Happy Friday!!! So there is something I must address here and please understand before I start, I am and always have been a very direct person. No nonsense, straight to the point.. I appreciate the “love” on my fitness posts and stories but here’s the thing.. A lot of you that are hitting my DMs are people who have clearly shown me your inconsistency in communication. If we were friends or acquaintances, and no longer have any connection or communication, don’t slide in my DMs wanting to chit chat. Keep the same ghost energy that you had all the while. “I wasn’t on your mind..” and you really don’t genuinely care “how I am doing”, so here’s the thing… if you are NOT someone who I talk to regularly or consistently, do not hit me up with the “small talk” or “flirting”, I’m not interested AT ALL in reconnecting with you PERIOD!!! It was cool to talk when I gave access to me but the moment that a lot of you went ghost, that access is now null and void. With no intent of being restored. Have a great day, Jay’e birds!!!

My autobiography is underway and it has been very cathartic looking back at my life and seeing how I survived through some of the hardest battles I faced during these 40 years of life.
