The Galápagos Islands are a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, birdwatchers, scientists, and of course the climate-conscious tourist.

Laura an I had had the pleasure or traveling w this week aboard their Islander 2 expedition ship

This has been an outstanding trip so far, seeing endemic animals that you can walk with ( Giant Tortoises) to those that you can swim with ( Marine Iguanas, Sea Lions and sharks)

All of this in spectacular landscapes from Lush Green Highlands to arid desert environments, all of which have contributed to the survival of these amazing species.

The ship and staff have been equally amazing., Making this a very special trip for us. Thank you to all that have looked after us in this most magical of places.

Thanks again NatGeo, we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!!

Though it’s not my first time to visit Rwanda, it’s always feels extra special just to be walking around here.

Equal parts love, kindness, intelligence and Curiosity, Rwandans are without a doubt some of the finest people one will meet in Africa. They have endured much suffering throughout history, but have arrived victorious, stronger and more resilient.

So while I always love to thank and support my hosts, this post is a short thank you to Rwanda.

No matter how short our time here, Laura and I will always remember your graceful nature, and the love we feel all around us when we are here.
