Midlothian ISD

Today is Texas First Responders Day, a time to honor the bravery, courage and determination of the men and women who assist others in emergencies. 🚒🚑🚓

At Irvin Elementary, celebrating our first responders is an annual tradition! The First Responder Parade gives students and staff the opportunity to cheer on the local heroes who serve our community. 💙

To every first responder who serves Midlothian and communities across Texas: thank you for answering the call!

🇺🇸 A powerful moment of remembrance this morning 🇺🇸

Frank Seale Middle School 8th grader Liam Euerle played "Taps" over the intercom as part of our participation in the City of Midlothian community-wide 9/11 Moment of Silence.

We are o Liam for sharing his talent on this important day of remembrance. ❤️ 🤍 💙

🇺🇸 Community-Wide 9/11 Moment of Silence

Midlothian ISD will join the City of Midlothian on Friday, September 11, 2026, for a community-wide moment of silence at 9:11 a.m. across all 14 campuses and district facilities.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of September 11, members of the Midlothian High School baseball team placed 2,977 flags at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, one for each life lost.

Midlothian ISD Health Science students are ready to take what they’re learning in the classroom into a real-world health care environment! 💙

Students completed hospital orientation this week as they prepare to begin clinical rotations. They got a firsthand, behind-the-scenes look at the new Emergency Department expansion, complete with hard hats and safety vests, and toured the facility.

Special thanks to Methodist Midlothian Medical Center for hosting our students and providing this valuable hands-on learning experience.
