Our Design Ambassador vignette for Dallas Market Center is a love letter to gathering.

We imagined a room that invites people to slow down, pour a cocktail, pull up a chair, and stay awhile. A space where art sparks conversation, a chess board waits for the next move, and every layer reveals something new. Rich jewel tones, sculptural forms, moody patterns, and tactile materials come together to create an atmosphere that feels equal parts sophisticated and playful.

Every piece in this vignette was sourced through Dallas Market Center, showcasing the incredible breadth of resources available to the design community. We loved the challenge of creating a fully realized space from the market’s offerings while staying true to the fearless, personality-driven approach that defines Pulp.

Join us June 22 from 4–6 PM for the unveiling of the first Design Ambassador vignettes by Pulp Design Studios® | Interior Design | Dallas • Seattle • LA and C O C O & D A S H Interiors. Enjoy wine tastings, food pairings, live music, and an evening celebrating the creativity and connection that make this industry so special.

POV: You wanted a TV in the room, but not another black rectangle on the wall.

This hidden TV disappears behind six framed feather studies, blending seamlessly into the architecture when not in use. One touch, and the artwork folds away to reveal the screen. Equal parts functional and beautiful.

Because good design isn’t about hiding technology. It’s about making it work harder for the room.

A primary suite designed to exhale.

This space was all about creating a retreat that feels collected, calming, and quietly luxurious. From the custom turquoise bed with brass detailing to the layered textures, tailored drapery, and intimate sitting area tucked into the bay window, every element was selected to bring a sense of ease to the everyday.

We love that luxury doesn’t always have to shout. Sometimes it’s the soft glow of a lamp at night, a perfectly scaled chaise for morning coffee, or a bedroom that makes you want to linger just a little longer.

The best rooms don’t just look beautiful. They change how you live in them.

A flex room, reimagined.

We’re in the middle of transforming this Dallas media room for longtime clients, and it’s shaping up to be something special.

What was once a simple TV room is becoming a fully customized retreat, complete with floor-to-ceiling millwork, hidden storage, integrated technology, and a statement ceiling that brings the entire space to life.

One of the greatest compliments is when clients invite us back to evolve their home as their lives change. We can’t wait to share the finished result.

This isn’t AI. It’s the same room.

And yes, we designed both versions.

What was once a formal dining room became a cozy TV lounge years later when our clients’ lifestyle changed. Rather than holding onto a room they rarely used, they trusted us to completely reimagine the space while preserving the architectural details we originally designed.

The dining room moved elsewhere in the home, and this room became one of the most-loved spaces for everyday living, movie nights, and gathering with family.

One of our favorite parts of long-term client relationships is helping homes evolve right alongside the people who live in them.

Not all luxury design clients want the same thing.

Some crave originality. Some value ease. Some are building a legacy.Others want a home that feels like a private retreat.

Over the years, we’ve realized that the most successful interior design projects happen when there’s alignment between how a client lives, what they value, and the way we design.

So we broke down the 8 luxury interior design archetypes we see most often… and honestly… you might see yourself in more than one.

Are you:— The Visionary Collector— The High-Performance Executive— The Legacy Builder— The Experience Curator—or something else entirely?

We also created a quiz on our website to help you discover your archetype:

And tell us in the comments… which one are you?

Some of our favorite spaces are the quietest ones.

Not because they whisper… but because they hold their drama in the details.

“Dramatically Neutral” is one of our favorite chapters in Fearless Design because it explores the tension between restraint and boldness. Neutral rooms are often mistaken for being easy, but in reality, they demand intention. Every texture, silhouette, shadow, material, and collected object has to work harder.

This chapter is about creating spaces that feel calm without ever feeling flat. Layered woods. Sculptural forms. Oversized art. Subtle pattern play. Moments that reveal themselves slowly and reward you the longer you live with them.

Proof that neutral can still be fearless.

Sofa p**n, courtesy of one fearless client. 🐆

Custom-designed as a sleeper sofa, this piece proves that practical doesn’t have to mean predictable. Wrapped in our bold Pulp x .harris.home leopardo velvet with blush trim detailing, it’s layered, unapologetic, and entirely unforgettable… just like the clients we love designing for.

The best projects happen when clients trust us to push beyond the expected. This one understood the assignment.
