Come meet the officers who will be serving our community, tour the new Lucas Police Department, and help us celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in public safety for the City of Lucas.

The morning will include the unveiling of the new Police Department sign, an opportunity to tour the facility and meet our officers, and light refreshments.

Following the Open House, our officers will begin their First Watch as they prepare for the official launch of the Lucas Police Department on October 1, 2026.

Flip the card over and you’ll find a biography or information about the featured card, along with an important fire, life, or community safety message.

The goal is about more than collecting cards. We want these cards to create a fun way for our firefighters to connect with kids in our community, build positive relationships, and start conversations about safety. Whether we're visiting a school, attending a community event, or you see our crews out and about, there may be a new card waiting to be added to your collection!
