Champagne Designs

You could hire several people…or you could just call me. 😉

Design it. Build it. Furnish it. Sell it. Obsess over every detail in between.

That’s the fun part.

"I don't know what I want, but I'll know it when I see it."

Luckily, I speak that language. 🤍

The best part of the design process? Taking all those scattered ideas and turning them into a home that feels exactly right.

The difference between a beautiful room and a room that feels really good is usually hiding in the details.

Scale. Texture. Placement. Finishes. The things you may not consciously notice, but somehow notice when they're wrong.

It's exactly why we stay this involved during the build process. Designing is one thing, making sure it's carried out with that same precision is another.

A little less mood board, a little more job site. 👷‍♀️ The pretty selections are only part of the job.

Site visits are where we make sure what was designed on paper is actually coming together the way it was intended, from the big-picture vision down to the details that can easily get missed..

When “kinda busy” means juggling design, construction, renovations, real estate, and multiple projects at once.

The behind-the-scenes may be a little chaotic, but seeing it all come together makes it worth it. 🤍

This is what design-build looks like before the “after.”

Permit Plans are developed. Details are worked through. The design is visualized in 3D. And every decision is considered before construction begins.

Ch*****ne Designs is just getting started, and we’ll be taking you along as the vision moves from paper to reality.

“Oh, so you’re an artist?”

Something like that ;).

Only our canvas looks a little more like floor plans, finishes, construction sites, and eventually… home.

A finished space may look effortless, but there are countless decisions behind every detail.

From lighting placement and millwork to stone, furniture scale, finishes, and everything in between; it all has to work together.

Nothing is accidental. Everything has a purpose.

Luxury isn’t about having more.

It’s about creating spaces that are intentionally designed for the way you live.

This custom retreat is one of our favorites.

Great homes aren’t created overnight.

Every material, finish, and detail is chosen with intention long before the project is complete. Watching that vision come together is one of our favorite parts of the process.

From inspiration to reality, one step at a time.
