Replaced some old stairs

Customer had water damage to his sub floors from a leaking furnace, I tore out the sub floors and replaced with new OSB and installed new LVP flooring.

Installed 150ft double sided privacy picket fence.

Installed stair railings and black aluminum fencing between customers pillars to close off the front yard.

Replaced the ceiling on this portico with pine shiplap and re wrapped the Posts with cedar then stained!
