To provide commercial, industrial and manufacturing clients with General Contractor and design build services, focusing on responsiveness, efficiency and immediate decisions at competitive prices.

Internship Description:
Intern will assist P3’s technical team in developing an add-on asset management module to our proprietary CMMS, JAG PM. There will be data entry involved and some coding work under explicit direction and supervision of COO. Intern will be exposed to the life sequence of a corporate asset (such as an air conditioning unit) from entry into CMMS to preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to keep the asset functioning as well and as long as possible. As time allows, the intern will also assist with filing and or system cleanup work, or identifying and adding new vendors to our support network.

Availability:
June 1 – July 31
Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
We have some flexibility to accommodate summer vacation
