Ironside Human Resources is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a hospital located in a beautiful high-elevation mountain town in the central Colorado Rockies. This area offers exceptional outdoor recreation and a charming historic atmosphere.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
Sign-on bonus and Relocation assistance
Performance-based incentives

Full-time, on-site position
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CFO in an on-site hospital setting
