Affordable housing in Texas does not wait for anyone.

That was the message at this year's Texas Housing Conference, where Landmark Structural Builders spent the week with the developers, architects, and housing providers moving it forward.

Funding is shifting, timelines are tightening, and the construction side has to keep pace. Landmark Structural Builders is glad to be part of those conversations, and even more glad to be part of the solution!

Please welcome Jimmy Sanchez to Landmark Structural Builders as our newest Construction Management Intern.

Jimmy is a Dallas ISD graduate and is continuing his education at Dallas College, where he is majoring in Construction Management.

Now, he'll have the opportunity to take what he's learning in the classroom and put it to work in the real world, getting hands-on experience in commercial construction and learning what it takes to bring a project from plans to reality.

We're proud to play a small part in helping Jimmy build the foundation for his career. Welcome to Landmark, Jimmy. We're glad to have you.
