This set of cookies completely changed the way I package my orders many years ago lol.

About two years ago, the royal icing on this set didn’t dry as hard as I like (if you work with royal icing… you know 😅). During delivery, a few cookies were damaged, and my customer let me know.

It wasn’t the outcome I wanted, but it taught me something valuable. Since then, I’ve switched to flat donut boxes so my cookies stay flat, and I added shredded paper for extra cushioning.

Sometimes running a small business is just that—you live, you learn, and you keep improving. 💕🍪
