Your potential is your greatest asset, and it's my life's mission to help you discover and develop it

I am overwhelmed. By your compassion and empathy for Mom. From the thoughtful comments, prayers, virtual hugs, words of encouragement, and especially those of you who shared a piece of your vulnerability with me. It was such an outpouring of kindness.
Such a testament that our lives are anything but our own. They are, by design, interdependent, intimate, and inclusive.
Belonging is our felt sense-of-oneness, and this oneness is our greatest human capital. It knows no bounds, has no regard for similarities, distance, or any other label. It engages, empowers, and edifies us all. Thank you for serving as a reminder for me.

I've been a little quieter than usual lately.
My mom fell a few weeks ago and had to have hip replacement surgery immediately. She's 91.
I don't know that anything prepares you for a moment like that. One minute you're thinking about your calendar, your meetings, your next purpose and mission-driven task, all the things that need your attention. The next minute, none of it feels quite as important.
Since then, it's been hospitals, rehab, doctor's appointments, and trying to figure out how to be where I'm needed without feeling like I'm falling short somewhere else.
Some days I've handled that better than others. There have been moments when I've driven home wondering if I should have stayed longer. Moments when I was working but thinking about her. Moments when I felt guilty no matter which choice I made.
But if there's one thing that has carried me through this, it's watching my mother. Because she has been determined from the very beginning.
At 91. After hip replacement surgery. I watched her get up and do the work. Every day. Even when it was hard. Even when I know she was tired. Especially when I know she was so accustomed to being capable of more.
3 weeks later, she's walking up stairs. The first time I saw her do it, I smiled, cheered her on. Thought to myself: “There she is.”
I could hear saying as she’d squeeze my arm with the strength of someone twice her size and half her age, “I’m just a little piece of leather, but I’m well put together."
And indeed she is. That’s my mother. A force, determined and resilient.
People sometimes ask me why I believe so deeply in human potential, and it is because it is the blueprint of possibility. Untapped. Ready. Capable!
It's because I've spent my life watching people refuse to let hard things have the final word. My mother is one of those people. Her life was anything but easy, but her commitment to ensure our greater good was heroic. “Our” meant more than just our immediate family. It extended well into her professional and community contributions where she demonstrated a longstanding commitment to improving the lives of others.
She's reminded me, once again, that strength doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like getting up, trusting the process, and taking the next step – even when it’s uncomfortable.
I'm grateful she's recovering. I'm grateful she's still fighting. And I'm grateful that, even at 91, she's still teaching me that potential doesn't expire, and our capabilities can be redefined at any age! Well done, Mom!

Influence is a living currency.
Be mindful where you withdraw it.
Be mindful where you deposit it.
Every conversation.
Every reaction.
Every endorsement.
Every moment of attention.
Your presence and agreement are not neutral.
They are contributions.
We are constantly investing influence into the world around us—strengthening problems or supporting solutions, reinforcing division or cultivating understanding, feeding fear or encouraging possibility.
Perhaps this is one reason the invitation to "love your neighbor as yourself" remains so profound.
Not because it is a call to become more religious.
Not because it is a strategy for behavioral modification.
And not because love is merely a feeling reserved for certain people.
Love begins with self-recognition.
It begins with understanding ourselves deeply enough that we no longer need to elevate ourselves at another's expense, compete for significance, or feel threatened by difference.
When we know our own worth, we are less likely to diminish the worth of others.
This is where the small word "as" becomes extraordinary.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
The quality of our relationship with others is inseparable from the quality of our relationship with ourselves.
To know ourselves more deeply is to create the conditions for greater understanding, compassion, responsibility, and contribution.
Love is not sentiment.
Love is not preference.
Love is not agreement.
Love is the recognition of shared worth.
And perhaps our greatest responsibility is not simply to influence others—but to become increasingly aware of what our influence is creating in the world.

I captured this photo the other day while Alex and I spent some time outside, one of our favorite pastimes. And something struck me. It wasn't the flower's beauty but what bloomed out of a seed's potential. That this bloom was once just a seed's desire. And as the coach and teacher that I am, I wanted to share this micro-lesson with you.
What is This Desire Really Asking For?
The question every creative, entrepreneur, and visionary should ask.
For many creatives, the deepest question isn't:
"Am I talented enough?"
"Am I successful enough?"
"Am I getting enough recognition?"
The deeper question is:
Why do I want this?
Artists.
Writers.
Performers.
Creators.
Designers.
Musicians.
Visionaries.
Many of us live within the tension between:
Authentic expression and approval.
Contribution and recognition.
Creative fulfillment and commercial success.
Expression and compensation.
Not every desire is the same.
Some desires arise because something meaningful is seeking expression.
Others arise because we hope achievement, recognition, status, or success will provide identity, worth, significance, or belonging.
One path leads toward authentic expression.
The other often leads toward exhaustion.
A powerful question to consider:
Am I pursuing this to express who I am, or to become someone I think I need to be?
The distinction is the boiling point.
Because authentic expression does not begin with proving who we are.
It begins with recognizing who we already are.
Hey family! The final episode of Season 3 is live, and this was absolutely one of my favorite conversations because it was with one of my favorite people... my daughter and one of my best friends, Alexis!
We've all inherited beliefs... but we're also becoming the inheritance. Meaning that your children, grandchildren are learning what you believe... not what you say. The scariest part isn't what you believe. It's what becomes normal through you. That becomes their starting point.
If beliefs are blueprints… then this episode asks the hardest question: What are we building for the next generation without realizing it?
If you know anything about Alexis and I together, you know the conversation is equal parts insight and laughter. As partners in so many junctures of life, we have come to understand and appreciate our similarities, strengths, and even our differences.
This is a conversation between mother and daughter, best friends, and business partners.
This is a conversation between creative and visionary.
And trust me, you don't want to miss it.
We are a habit. Meaning... we think and behave subconsciously, automatically because the neurological pathways are deeply entrenched.
Tune in to Episode 6 of Season 3 of The Sacred Significance Effect: "You Don’t Change the Belief… You Change Your Relationship to It"
What if change doesn’t happen by forcing new beliefs…
but by seeing your current ones clearly?
In this episode of Sacred Significance, Dr. Veronica explores what “rewiring” actually means and why most approaches to change keep you stuck in the very patterns you’re trying to shift.
Rather than replacing beliefs or trying to control your mind, this conversation reveals a different path: one rooted in awareness, relationship, and the capacity to observe without identifying.
Because real change comes from clarity!
Trust me, you don't want to miss this episode.
"Do you have the jurisdiction to build the reality you desire?"
A question I've been sitting with:
How much of what we call "evidence" is actually interpretation?
If I believe people can't be trusted...
I may notice betrayal faster than loyalty.
If I believe I'm not enough...
I may recognize criticism faster than encouragement.
The evidence feels real because the experiences are real.
But the pattern may have started long before the evidence appeared.
This week's conversation explores a challenging possibility:
What if some of the evidence you're using to confirm your beliefs is being filtered through those very beliefs?
What belief have you seen influence the way you interpret an experience?

Potential rarely reaches its fullest expression in isolation. Behind every stretch, every challenge, and every new level is often a partnership that provides support, encouragement, accountability, and belief.
Grateful for my husband and lifetime partner—always in my corner, even when he's just playing around in the background of a workout photo. ❤️
The value of partnership is undeniable!

Most people trust evidence. And understandably so, as one who lived in a world of data for years.
We see a pattern.
We gather examples.
We point to experiences and say: "See? This proves it."
But what if some of the evidence you're collecting isn't simply confirming your belief...
What if it is being produced by it?
Meaning the belief is influencing what you notice, what you expect, how you interpret what you notice, and even how you show up?
At some point, we have to ask:
Are we observing reality?
Or are we repeatedly finding evidence for what we've already decided is true?
Season 3, Episode 5 of Sacred Significance is now live:
"You Keep Getting the Same Evidence... But It's Coming From You"
This conversation may change the way you think about proof, patterns, and personal transformation.

For the last several years, Saturday sessions have been a place of reflection, recognition, and exploration.
What began as conversations eventually became something much larger.
A philosophy.
A methodology.
A pathway.
A community.
A school.
June marks the beginning of a new chapter.
Not an ending.
A maturation.
Something new is emerging.
