I’m in town to see jeezy in concert, but if you know me, you know one thing is certain—I have to find my ci**rs wherever I go.

So before the music, before the crowds, and before the excitement of the night, I found myself at Eight Lounge Cigar Lounge inside Resorts World Las Vegas.

And honestly? It was exactly what I needed.

When people hear me say I need peace and quiet, this is what I mean.

A smooth pour.

No responsibilities.
No conversation required.

Just a moment to slow down and enjoy my own company.

The atmosphere at Eight is everything you’d expect from a luxury Vegas cigar lounge—an impressive humidor, premium spirits, beautiful surroundings, and a vibe that invites you to stay a little longer than you planned.

But what stood out most to me wasn’t the lounge itself. It was the opportunity to pause. Life moves fast. Work moves fast. We move fast.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is sit still, light a cigar, and enjoy the moment you’re in.

Vegas may be known for its energy, but this lounge gave me something even better: a little space to recharge before an amazing night ahead.

After a little travel for a SHRM conference in Macon, Georgia, I had the opportunity to visit a lounge that had been on my radar, and let me tell you... it did not disappoint. 💨🥃

This week’s Lounge of the Week spotlight goes to in downtown Macon, GA.

What made this visit special wasn’t just the lounge itself—it was the opportunity to spend quality time with my best friend who lives in the area. Sometimes the best cigar memories aren’t just about the cigar; they’re about the people you’re sharing the moment with. 🤍

Churchills on Cherry is an upscale cigar lounge located in the heart of downtown Macon featuring premium ci**rs, top-shelf spirits, a beautiful patio space, and an atmosphere that encourages you to slow down and stay awhile. The lounge was created by a father-son team, Bruce and Nicholas Riggins, who envisioned bringing a sophisticated cigar experience to downtown Macon.

The space is absolutely beautiful. Think comfortable leather seating, a well-stocked humidor, craft cocktails, and a vibe that feels elevated without being pretentious. They even have an outdoor patio with a fireplace and TV for those perfect Georgia evenings.
One thing I loved is that you can tell this lounge was built with intention. It’s designed for conversation, connection, and community—the things that make cigar culture so special.

After taking a little hiatus to rest, celebrate my birthday, travel, and enjoy Aruba, I’m officially BACK with Lounge of the Week — and trust me, this one was worth the wait. 🌴🥂✨

Located in the heart of Oranjestad inside the marketplace, gave exactly what I needed during my birthday getaway:

One thing that stood out to me immediately was the service. The attendant was incredibly attentive and made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming — the kind of energy that makes you want to sit a little longer, order another pour, and enjoy another cigar. 😌🔥

Being able to enjoy authentic Cuban ci**rs in Aruba while soaking in island vibes? Yeahhhh… that’s definitely a birthday memory unlocked. 💨🌴
Known internationally through the prestigious La Casa del Habano network, this lounge is recognized for offering an elevated Cuban cigar experience with carefully curated selections and knowledgeable service for cigar lovers visiting Aruba.

Honestly, It was the perfect place to unwind, celebrate life, and fall back in love with slowing down for a great smoke. 🥂

So yes…
The hiatus is over.
The ash is tapped.
