90 YEARS OLD — AND HE SAYS HE WANTS TO LIVE TO 130. 🔥WATCH ENTIRE VIDEO!

Still training.
Still competing.
Still setting goals most people half his age wouldn’t attempt.

This 90-year-old bodybuilder may be one of the clearest examples yet of what Aging Evolution is all about.

Watch to the end — his mindset may be even more impressive than his physique.

Could 90 really become the new 70?

IT’S POSSIBLY TIME TO STOP GUESSING AGE BY ONE’S APPEARANCE!

Take a good look at all of these fitness driven individuals.

Every one of these remarkable people is a member of the Aging Evolution 2 cast — and they’re all in their 60s, 70s or 80s.

They came to our film with different stories, different backgrounds and different reasons for inspiring others.

But they have something important in common:
None of them has allowed a number to define what this stage of life is supposed to look like.

Pick a couple and honestly guess the age of the person in our comments. 👇

We will give you a hint! All look much younger than their true age.

This is Aging Evolution. ❤️

64 OLD — AND NOW A WORLD CHAMPION. 🏆🔥

Congratulations to Janean Priest, the new Masters World Champion in the women’s 60+ bikini division.

Winning a world championship at any age is extraordinary. Doing it at 64, against a deep and highly conditioned field, says everything about the discipline, consistency and commitment required to reach this level.

Just look at the top five.

These women are all over 60, and every one of them stepped onto that stage looking strong, prepared and incredibly fit.

Janean’s conditioning was exceptional, and earning the top spot in a field like this is a tremendous accomplishment.

This is exactly what Aging Evolution is about — continuing to set goals, compete, improve and refuse to let age determine what is still possible.

Congratulations, Janean!
World Champion at 64. 🏆

And to every woman in this lineup: what an incredible representation of strength after 60.

Would you ever have imagined a 60+ division looking like this 20 years ago?

150,000 STRONG. ❤️

Today, Aging Evolution reaches an incredible milestone — 150,000 followers on our page.

What started as a simple belief that getting older does not mean giving up on strength, health, confidence or purpose has grown into a community of people proving that message every single day.

The four people pictured here represent exactly what Aging Evolution is about — strength, transformation, longevity and the belief that our best years do not have to be behind us.

To everyone who has followed, shared, commented, encouraged someone else, or simply stopped scrolling long enough to be inspired — thank you.

You are the reason this community continues to grow.

And we’re just getting started.

150,000 followers… and the evolution continues.

IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO BE GREAT.

IF SHE COULD START OVER AT 50, HERE’S WHAT SHE’D DO DIFFERENTLY. 💪

Bobbi Parker Hall Personal Training
is 68 years old — and she has a message for women who think getting stronger later in life requires practically living in the gym.

It doesn’t.

Bobbi trains with weights about three times a week, stays consistent, and at 68 is living proof that strength and muscle can remain part of your life for decades.

One point she makes in this short video really stands out: there simply aren’t enough fitness messages speaking directly to women in their 60s and beyond.

That is exactly the conversation Aging Evolution wants to keep changing.

Bobbi is also one of the inspiring women featured in our upcoming Aging Evolution 2 documentary.

Watch this one all the way through.

If you could go back and give your 50-year-old self ONE piece of health or fitness advice, what would it be?

SHE’S 57 IN THE PHOTO ON THE RIGHT.

And this may be one of the more remarkable transformations we’ve shared.

Judy Weichman is an IFBB Pro physique competitor and one of Aging Evolution’s featured trainers — but her journey didn’t begin on a competition stage.

The photo on the left is Judy at 34, years before she committed herself to changing her health. After facing serious health concerns, she completely changed her nutrition, began training consistently, and eventually built the strength and physique you see today.

She didn’t start lifting until 39.

Now, at 57, she is stronger, exceptionally fit, and still competing at a very high level.

Her physique may be more muscular than many women would personally choose — but that isn’t really the point.

The point is what can happen when someone makes a decision to change their health and then stays consistent for years.

Which photo surprises you more — Judy at 34 or Judy at 57?

WE DON’T KNOW HIS EXACT AGE… BUT LOOK AT THIS PHYSIQUE. 💪🔥

This is what decades of training can look like.

We’ve featured this gentleman before, and once again he is a remarkable example of maintaining muscle, strength and conditioning later in life.

Watch the entire video — especially when he turns around. His back development may be even more impressive than his arms and chest.

Aging does not mean we have to stop training.
It means we may have to train smarter, stay consistent and keep giving our bodies a reason to remain strong.

How old would you guess he is?

This is Aging Evolution. 💪

SHE JUST TURNED 70.

Lisa Rodriguez Carson recently joined the 70s club — and this picture is a pretty strong reminder that aging doesn’t have to mean giving up strength, fitness or vitality.

Fit. Strong. Youthful. And 70.

Would you have guessed her age?

Millions of people were inspired by Emmy’s story…

At 71, she asked a simple question:
“How do you want to age?”

Today, Emmy is facing one of life’s biggest challenges—a battle with cancer.

Yet she’s still choosing movement.
Still choosing hope.
Still choosing to live each day with courage.

That doesn’t mean every day is easy.
It means she refuses to let one diagnosis define who she is.

No matter where you are in life, Emmy reminds us that strength isn’t just measured by the weight we lift…

Sometimes it’s measured by the determination to keep going.

Please join us in sending Emmy your prayers, encouragement, and best wishes as she continues her fight. ❤️

70 YEARS OLD. 210 POUNDS. ABOUT 6% BODY FAT.

And this wasn’t for a photo shoot.

This was Steve Taylor stepping onto the World Championship stage after months of preparation, discipline and training — and proving what can still be possible well into our 70s.

Steve turns 71 in November, yet continues to train, compete and challenge the expectations most people place on aging.

These two photos were taken during his recent World Championship appearance, where years of consistency showed up on stage.

The takeaway isn’t that everyone needs to look like a competitive physique athlete.

It’s that we should never stop giving our bodies a reason to stay strong.

Steve’s journey is also being followed in Aging Evolution 2, as we document what pursuing a major goal after 70 really looks like.

What do you think is more impressive at 70 — the muscle, the conditioning, or the discipline it took to get there?
