Getting excited about this year's Swrfa - SouthWest Regional Folk Alliance in Austin. Riley was too late to submit for the big showcases (next year, you just wait!), but she has 3 in-room showcases lined up, and will be spending plenty of time in the lobbys and mezzanines, open mics, and just socializing. Looking forward to hanging with Jenni Mansfield Peal, Jana Bengfort Laven, John Whipple, Tipps and Obermiller, Bill Nash, Nathan K, Sara Beth Go, and so many others. Who all is planning on attending?

Looking for some venues & contact info (if you have it) for places in NM. Riley has a gig in Albuquerque on 11/28, so looking for late Nov / Early Dec. Think Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, Red River...and the journey there & back from either Terlingua or Wimberley. Any suggestions?
