I traded the restaurant kitchen for the great outdoors—but I didn’t leave the table behind.
After years of building vegan restaurants, operating a food truck, and creating plant-based experiences centered around good food, I began asking a bigger question:
What if wellness wasn’t something women had to squeeze into their schedules—but a place they could actually escape to?
That question became my next chapter: Rooted & Renewed Glamping at HoneySuckle & Pine Resort.
I’m taking what I learned through food—how environment, nourishment, community and intentional experiences can change how we feel—and bringing it into rural hospitality.
Think private cabins. Nature. Plant-forward culinary experiences. Quiet mornings. Wellness amenities. Space to gather, exhale, reconnect—and occasionally do absolutely nothing without apologizing for it.
This isn’t simply a pivot from restaurants to resorts.
