One of the largest, most prestigious pediatric health care providers in the country, we're the leading pediatric health care system in North Texas.

Children's Health is a pediatric healthcare system devoted solely to caring for the complex medical needs of children through commitment to quality care, research and innovation, education and advocacy and excellence and accountability. Through its academic affiliation with UT Southwestern Medical Center, one of the world’s most prolific research institutions, clinical discoveries made at Children’s are instrumental in developing treatments, therapies, and greater understanding of pediatric diseases. Holding eight disease-specific care certifications from The Joint Commission, Children’s Health has been consistently named one of the nation’s top pediatric providers by U.S. News & World Report. The Children’s Health system includes the flagship hospital Children’s Medical Center Dallas, as well as Children’s Medical Center Plano and the Children’s Medical Center Research Institute at UT Southwestern. Children's Health provides care ranging from neonatal critical care to sports medicine, from trauma to eating disorders. Many of the specialty programs of the Children's system have received national and international recognition, including the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and the Heart Center. Children’s also works to improve the quality of life for children with chronic conditions through nationally recognized disease management programs, including Asthma Management, Diabetes Education and Autism. Children’s Health is a major center for pediatric liver, kidney, heart, intestinal and bone marrow transplants, and was the first designated Level I trauma center for pediatrics in Texas.

Children’s Health Dallas has once again been named among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report! 🎈🎉

For the ninth year in a row, we’ve ranked in all 11 specialties, making us the only pediatric hospital in the region and one of a select few in the country to achieve this distinction.

Behind every ranking are the kids and families we care for, moments of hope and an incredible team working together to make a difference. We’re so proud to celebrate this recognition, along with our partners at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Scottish Rite for Children.
