“I know she’s brilliant. But online?”
We’ve heard versions of that sentence before. It usually points to a gap between the expertise someone has earned and what their online presence makes easy to recognize.
Your audience should not have to piece together your point of view from scattered posts, old interviews, and a quiet profile page. They need a clear sense of:
• What you know
• Who you help
• What you want to be known for now
That clarity does not require performing a louder version of yourself. It requires giving your strongest ideas structure, proof, and a consistent place to be found.
Review your last five posts. Would an experienced colleague understand your current authority from them?

“I’m everywhere, but I still sound different on every platform.”
That was the moment in a client audit when the real gap became clear. The issue wasn’t a lack of visibility. It was that her expertise changed shape every time someone encountered it.
Before adding another channel, align the authority assets you already own:
• Your bio
• Your signature framework
• Your proof library
• Your website
• Your offer
A strong digital presence is not measured by how many platforms you join. It is measured by how clearly your expertise is represented across the assets you own.
Consistency helps people recognize your authority. Recognition builds trust. Trust makes the next conversation easier.
Audit your five core assets this week. Do they sound like the same expert?

Premium pricing is easier to communicate when your offer carries evidence.
Show the thinking behind the work:
• The problem you solve
• The cost of leaving it unresolved
• The method you use
• The change clients can expect
A higher price should not require an apology. It should be supported by a clear transformation and credible proof.
Review your offer today. Does it describe your time, or the value of the decision you help someone make?
Are you selling the features of your product or the transformation it provides? Much like a box of Cheerios, your customers aren't buying the item itself—they are buying the health benefits it promises. Learn how to pivot your messaging to focus on the value your clients actually care about.

Unclear positioning is costing you trust before it costs you visibility.
Review your last five referrals. How many clearly named the problem you solve, the people you help, and why you’re the right expert? If those introductions sounded vague, your expertise may not be the issue. People simply lacked precise language to repeat your value.
Tighten that one sentence, and referrals and client conversations become easier to start. Speaking opportunities become easier to connect to your work. Confidence often follows clarity.
Audit your last five referrals and rewrite the one sentence people should use to introduce you.

Someone reached out to me last week and said something I wasn't expecting.
They said they'd been watching me for months. Not just reading my posts, watching how I show up. On video. In comments. On the podcast. And then they said, "I kept coming back because you always sound like the same person."
That hit me.
Because a few months ago I made a quiet decision. I stopped asking myself what to post and started asking: does this feel Clear, Trusted, and Chosen?
Clear, no fluff, just the thing I actually mean.
Trusted, showing up the same way whether 3 people or 300 are watching.
Chosen, because I've lived this work, not just studied it.
If a post doesn't feel like all three, it doesn't go out. ✨
What I noticed wasn't more reach. It was better conversations. People not just liking posts but sliding into my DMs with real questions. People saying they felt like they already knew me before we ever talked.
That's not algorithm magic. That's what happens when your presence is congruent.
Your brand isn't what you say you are. It's how people describe you when you're not in the room.
So this week, I want you to try something. Pick 3 words that describe how you want people to FEEL when they encounter you. Not your job title. The feeling.
Write them somewhere visible. Then look at your last 5 posts and ask, do these actually feel like those words?
What are your 3 words right now? 👇

How we stopped trying to sound relevant to everyone:
We began each post with three questions:
Who is the specific woman we serve?
What problem does she already know she has?
What perspective can we credibly own?
Then we removed every phrase that blurred the answer.
That simple filter made our message easier to recognize, and made it easier for the right people to see Tanya’s work as a fit for their next step.
Authority does not grow from saying more. It grows when your expertise is clear enough for the right person to remember, trust, and refer.
Try the filter on your next post. Which phrase can you remove?
She’s not just a keyboard, she’s a whole vibe.
Rose pink keys, chocolate lipstick accents, the cutest little lipstick button and a face powder brush to keep her flawless.
I finally made my desk feel like me. Link in comments for my fellow pretty-desk girlies 💋
