In the last part of the video you can see where the load bearing beam has been secured to the 2x4 roof and 1x4 block above it. Absolutely not adequate to support anything.

This is a root in a sewer line …😵💫
Inspection day finds…
No p-trap present. The sewer gases come back into your kitchen. That is the nasty gassy smell.
Another reason to get a new construction phase inspection. 🧐

👌🏻👏🏻This is a good one. AC lineset is properly run through the wall in a recessed housing. This is good practice by the builder to allow for future repairs and to keep water from entering the wall cavity.
Looks like a DIY vent boot. The boot should be resting on the roof deck and shingles laid over the base. This may lead to a water leak.
