Fighting for my life to not pass out while Lt. Hafeza, U.S. Navy Blue Angels #7 isn’t even phased by the minimum radius turn!! Still hard to believe this life long dream came true. Glad to be here and thank you to everyone involved for such a memorable experience!

Mission: Reduce Suicides At All Costs
At T.O.C., our motto is One More is One Less. If all the podcasts, events, outreach, and everything else that we do saves just one life, then mission success.
Our specialty is getting our community connected to our contracted therapists quickly while maintaining confidentiality with financial assistance provided.
What we love, is working with other organizations that offer great resources for our community. We are confident that if a first responder or service members needs anything, we can get them pointed in the right direction. It truly is a collective effort!!
Reach out to your buddies and check in on them. If you haven’t gone through therapy or any other resources and found it helpful, we need you to speak up as that helps normalize reaching out for help.
One More is One Less.

1/16/2027 - 6th Annual Fundraiser!!!
It’s that time of year again as we prepare for our 6th annual fundraiser, which will be located in Scott, Louisiana on January 16, 2027.
As always, we look forward to an evening of fun, spreading our mission of reducing suicides, learning about other organizations that are there for our FR/MIL community, live music, drinks, a cook off, guest speakers, raffle & auction items, meeting our sponsors, and more!
Tickets are LIVE on our website and sponsorships are available as well. If you’re interested in donating an item for the raffle or auction, please contact us via DM or at [email protected]. Same goes for sponsorships!
We look forward to our first event in the South and raising funds to support our mission.

A huge thank you to Kenneth for coming on the podcast as he’s made it his mission to talk about how he compartmentalized so much trauma over his career and had to deal with it a few month after retirement.
Like many, Kenneth worked hard in Probation for 28 years working primarily in crimes against children. After experience drug overdoses, suicides, and more, Kenneth hit that retirement mark and thought it would be a smooth ride. After three short months, everything caught up to him and needed an emergency therapy session to work on everything he suppressed over the course of his career.

Dream Come True! A huge thank you to the U.S. Navy Blue Angels for accepting The Overwatch Collective to get the Media Ride for 2026 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Greg’s dream has always been to fly in a fighter jet, specifically with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. Still in awe that this dream actually came true. A special thank you to Greg’s wife, Robyn, for starting the process for Greg to apply and pitch T.O.C. and our mission.
Greg’s family flew out from California for this experience in addition to his father in law and members of the Lafayette Police Dept traffic unit.
To Lt. Hafeza, Blue Angel #7, THANK YOU for making my dream come true, for such a good flight, and dealing with me laughing and screaming in your ear.
