A little update on my tiny Art studio shed! Had plywood wall panels installed and painted walls a lovely shade of light turquoise. Made a small curtain for the one window from vintage hankies, and wallpapered the top of one wall. ( Hated every minute of it!)
Built a table for Printing my block designs and put up a few shelves. Slowly hanging artwork as well😍
Tomorrow, I start building the large rolling file drawers. Sooo not looking forward to it because it's a LOT of pieces but with coffee and a good 90s playlist going, am going to tackle it🤪

Stumbled across a purple Thistle patch yesterday and am excited to start working on a new pattern inspired by drawings from these pics😍

Spent a quiet and sweet morning in my community garden sketching the Zinnias and Moonflowers and their takeover of my garden plot. The best kind of takeover( in my opinion!)😁

Was digging around this morning and found a small collections of portraits of me from childhood( and one 99s Art school pic) and made some strange little photo collages with other collected vintage magazine pieces. Have always loved collage and postcards so have many random envelopes of this stuff. Probably always will😉
The GenX vibe is strong with these pics and love that I got to grow up in the 1970s and 80s. The days of roller skating rinks, long bicycle rides, wood paneled walls and my grandmothers garden,homemade koolaid popsicles, Saturday morning cartoons😊❤️
