What does wellness actually look like?
Maybe it’s not always green smoothies, workouts, meditation, and having everything figured out.
Maybe wellness looks like saying no without explaining yourself.
Eating when you’re hungry.
Resting before you’re completely exhausted.
Going outside and feeling the sun on your face.
Calling someone when you need connection.
Laughing until your stomach hurts.
Changing your mind.
Taking the pressure off.
Doing something simply because it brings you joy.
Or giving yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a little while.
Wellness doesn’t have to look perfect to be meaningful.

There was a time when I was learning all of this too, how to work with the instruments, how to build a sound bath, how to listen, experiment, and eventually find my own way of doing it. And I continue to explore this all of the time.
This fall, I’m opening the doors to a small group for my Sound Bath Facilitator Training: Level 1 Foundations.
You don’t need to be a musician. You don’t need to already own a collection of instruments. And you don’t need to know exactly where this will lead.
Maybe you’d like to facilitate sound baths someday. Maybe sound could complement the work you already do. Or maybe you’re simply curious.
Curiosity is enough to begin.
Training starts on September 30 in Decatur, and the group is limited to just 6 participants.
