Your environment can influence how you think, act, and grow.

Surround yourself with people who are moving forward, challenging themselves, and supporting each other.

You don’t have to stay around people who constantly pull you backward.

Progress feels different when the people around you are growing too.

Motivation will come and go. Your system has to keep you moving.

When you don’t feel like training, use these 3 rules:

1. Focus on the next right thing
Don’t worry about the entire week. Take the next small step.

2. Make it easier
Remove friction. Prep your gear, shorten the workout, or make the healthy choice more convenient.

3. Remember why it matters
More energy. Better health. More time with your family. More freedom.

You don’t need to feel motivated to make progress.
You need a system you can follow when motivation disappears.

Save this for the days when you don’t feel like showing up.

Your body won’t always cooperate.

Progress will slow down.

Workouts will feel harder. You’ll start wondering if anything is working.

That’s the moment to respond differently.

Don’t get in your head and quit. Adjust, stay patient, and keep showing up.

As long as you don’t quit, you never lose.

Comment “PERSIST” if you’re ready to keep going when progress gets difficult.

Between running a business, raising a family, and handling everything life throws at you, finding time to train can be challenging.

But building strength doesn't require hours in the gym. It requires a plan you can actually stick to.

Here are 5 steps to help you get stronger:

Train 2–4 Times Per Week

Focus on quality workouts that fit your schedule.

Eat for Progress, Not Perfection

Prioritize protein and enough food to support your training.

Prioritize Quality Sleep

Give your body time to recover and adapt.

Move More Throughout the Day

Walking, taking the stairs, and staying active outside the gym all count.

Stay Consistent, Not Extreme

Small actions repeated over time create lasting results.

You don't need to train harder every day. You need a system that works with your responsibilities.

Comment STRONG and I'll send you the framework for building a stronger body without living in the gym.

If you're a veteran trying to rebuild your fitness, start by making your meals work for you. You don't need to overhaul your entire diet overnight. Focus on getting the basics right.

4 Steps to Build a Better Plate:

Start With Protein: Supports muscle recovery and keeps you satisfied.

Add Vegetables: Provides fiber, volume, and essential nutrients.

Include Quality Carbs: Fuels your workouts, energy, and daily activity.

Add Healthy Fats: Supports hormones, brain function, and overall health.

The goal isn't to eat perfectly. It's to build meals that support your performance, energy, and long-term health.

Better choices. Stronger you.

Comment PLATE and I'll send you a simple framework for building balanced meals that support your fitness goals.

Getting back in shape doesn’t require a complicated plan. Start with these four foundations

1. Build Strength First, build strength with basic movements you can progressively improve.

2. Build Muscle Second, train with resistance to maintain and build muscle as you get older.

3. Build Your Conditioning Third, improve your conditioning so you can move, work, and recover without getting gassed.

4. Fuel Your Body Finally, eat in a way that supports your training, recovery, and body-composition goals.

Get these four foundations right before worrying about the advanced stuff.

Save this and use it as your starting point.

Progress eventually gets slow enough that you can’t measure it week to week.

That doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

You’re training consistently.
You’re eating better.
You’ve changed your lifestyle.

When you only focus on the outcome, nothing ever happens fast enough.

Sometimes, the fact that you changed your lifestyle is something to be grateful for.

Trust the process. Keep going.

09/16/2026

You don’t need to train like you’re 20 again.

You need to keep building the strength you want to have at 50, 60, and beyond.

Save this and share it with a veteran who needs the reminder.
