I made some toast. I made this delicious assemblage with bread from Reunion Bakery ricotta from my favorite DAIRY(not farm) Kevin McSweeney a tiny chile that finally grew on my plant and a few spoons of our warm and delicious Roasted Pueblo Chile Peach Deliciousness. Turned out pretty great. (One change I’d make is pick a loaf that isn’t Olive..while I do love his Olive loaf it’s best to let that flavor have front stage not get shoved to the back like I tried to do here) Boom. 💥
