Our annual company meeting had us serving up something special! 🏓 We gathered at Chicken & Pickle to volley ideas, celebrate our wins and rally around the people who make it all possible. Just like the game, it takes the whole team to win. To the Realberry crew: thank you for showing up every day with energy, drive and heart. Here’s to what we're building together!
Something big just landed on the Realberry platform... Avenue South is officially open for investment!
Avenue South is a grocery-anchored mixed-use development within Centerra, Realberry's 3,300-acre master-planned community in Loveland, Colorado, held in the portfolio for over 30 years and now entering its next chapter, with vertical construction officially underway since June.
At full buildout, the project is anticipated to include:
• Loveland's first Whole Foods Market (37,000 SF)
• 18 restaurants + 33 retailers
• 170,000+ SF of office, including Hensel Phelps new headquarters
• Hundreds of homes across phases
• A 3.2-acre linear park + event lawn with amphitheater
Realberry is co-investing alongside LP investors in this offering.

Most mixed-use developments get the formula wrong. 🏙️
They stack retail under offices and call it done. The projects people actually love - the ones that become part of a neighborhood - are built around something different.
Swipe to see what separates them. Read the full article: https://hubs.li/Q04plF9z0

Realberry was proud to partner with NAIOP Colorado for their 2-day High School Academy! We welcomed students from Big Brothers Big Sisters and the wider Denver community for an immersive introduction to commercial real estate. From touring Dairy Block to designing their own mixed-use development, these students showed up with bold ideas and real curiosity. Watching them think creatively about the built environment was truly inspiring, and we are grateful to have been a part of it. 🏙️
