We're growing, and that means adding a few more great people to the team.
Right now, we're hiring maintenance staff.
As Red Boot continues to expand, we're investing in more equipment, more production capacity, and the people who keep it all moving.
If you're looking for a place that's growing and gives you room to grow with it, we'd love to hear from you.

Quality is more than a department or job title, it’s a mindset everyone at Red Boot shares.
From the floor to the lab, it takes a team that cares about getting it right every time. That’s what our SQF certification represents: not just meeting standards, but committing to them every day.
As we continue to grow and bring new capacity online, that commitment doesn’t change. If anything, it gets stronger.

Talk to people on our floor and you’ll hear the same thing:
It’s the equipment. The people. The pace. That no two days look the same.
At Red Boot, we're always innovating. You’re working on newer, high-speed lines, constantly learning, adjusting, and improving how things run. It’s hands-on, a little fast-paced, and a lot more interesting than doing the same thing over and over.
There’s also something satisfying about it — seeing something you helped produce out in the real world, knowing people are enjoying the products.
As our team grows, that’s what keeps people here. It’s not just the work — it’s being part of something that’s moving.
Come build what’s next with us.
🍋 Huge congrats to Bea’s Squeeze as they level up and head into a major new market this month. Big moves for a brand that knows how to keep things fresh, fun, and full of flavor. We can’t wait to see what’s next.
