I am playing around with a couple of different class times, so check out the app for the full class schedule for February!

M/W/F I will continue to offer the 8:35 AM Express class option.

T/TH/F there is a lunchtime express class option.

I will continue to offer 3-4 Evening classes a week, with a new 5:15 PM Tuesday night class.

There truly is something for every schedule and fitness level!

It doesn't have to be perfectly orchestrated to be wonderful; show yourself grace, and allow yourself to enjoy the moments you spent so much time and effort into helping create. I have been asked quite a bit lately, why The K5 Wellness?

These people right here. That's why.

I have 5 siblings. All of our names begin with the letter K. Kara, Krista, Kayla, Kalen, Kaitlyn, & Kathryn. I am #5, so K5.

It is a rarity that we have the opportunity to be together, but they are an integral part of who I am today, and some of my greatest supporters in life. All 6 of us have a passion for wellness and a drive to help others be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, from the inside out.
