Happy release to Amanda for the trauma monster pattern🥹🥹♥️♥️ Trauma has been a big part of my life, no matter how I wish it wasn't, and helping to test this pattern has helped alot as I got to express how I felt growing up and hiding my trauma. I am also experiencing some health issues which are pretty traumatizing as well so it definitely fits my life right now😅😂🥹♥️

No matter the trauma you have been thru there will always been a light in the dark and someone out there is rooting for you even if you dont know it♥️

This little monster is a grief monster🥹♥️ This little guy has just been released by Amanda and I never knew i needed him until I made him.

I am only 30 years old, but I have experienced more grief in my life already than most people will in their lifetime. I have learned that thru the darkness of grief you live thru the happy, bright, loved moments and memories you had with whoever you grieve for.

Grief looks different for everyone, this is mine♥️ , its not the same as alot of others and that's okay😊
