Chef's Special: Chocolate Fudge Hazelnut
Inspired by Nutella flavor without the sugar dominance. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened with coconut sugar, a splash of maple syrup, and a few dates. Topped with a hazelnut praline!

Classic Class & Demo: The alchemy of plant ingredients for GF/DF with natural sweeteners emphasizing the raw cacao in the no-bake brownie.
I would love to share this experience with you in the classroom down the hall from my studio.
The Saturday Series is where together we explore the techniques and my own recipes as a pastry chef. From 2:30 to 3:30 at the Smiley Building in downtown Durango on the 2nd floor above the coffee shop.

OPEN retail shop hours:
Friday: 11 to 5
Saturday:11 to 2
Class/Demo 2:30 to 3:30
The retail doors will be closed Sundays to Thursdays.
Special orders are available by appointment outside of these hours.
Always offering GF/DF and natural sweetened desserts— both as grab and go smaller items or as special ordered whole cakes.
