I’m feeling especially grateful for this beautiful chapter of teaching in Encinitas and for every person who has shared a mat, a breath, a sunset, or a moment of stillness with me. It has meant more to me than I can really put into words. ❤️
Before I shift my focus a bit, I’d love to see you at one of these final gatherings:

There is usually a moment before we begin something new when we realize we are waiting for certainty that may never come.
I didn’t know where yoga would take me when I first stepped onto the mat. I only knew that something in me wanted to explore it, and that small decision eventually became a path that shaped my entire life.
The Art of Embodied Living is an invitation to begin from wherever you are and let the practice reveal what comes next.
You don’t have to arrive with a plan. You just have to be willing to listen to what is calling you.

This week is asking us to reconsider the agreements we have made with the people in our lives and with ourselves.
With Venus retrograde in Scorpio, we may find ourselves looking more honestly at love, desire, money, self-worth and what we actually value.
The Libra New Moon on October 10 gives us a chance to create new agreements around partnership and reciprocity, but not at the expense of our own truth.
You don’t have to keep something peaceful if keeping the peace requires you to disappear.
Change the terms.

I love this walk… I do it every day. But today was especially nourishing. ♥️🦋
Venus retrograde begins October 3 at 8°30′ Scorpio, taking us into a deeper review of love, desire, intimacy, money, self-worth and the things we say we value.
This isn’t necessarily about losing something. It is about seeing something differently.
You may find yourself reconsidering a relationship, revisiting an old pattern or realizing that what you wanted a year ago isn’t what you want now.
Venus moves back into Libra on October 25, bringing the conversation toward reciprocity, partnership and whether the relationships in your life actually have room for who you are becoming.
Give yourself permission to reconsider without needing an immediate answer.
What do I really want now?
And perhaps the deeper question:
What would I choose if I trusted that I was already enough?
