That same thinking carries through the build. The right CMS for how your team works, structure that's actually readable by Google, and a site planned for year two and three, not just launch week.

A website that looks good is easy. One that does its job for years is the harder, better goal.

Only 25% of Google Business Profile categories currently show review questions, according to new research from Whitespark that analyzed 765 local businesses. 📊

Restaurants and bars get the richest question sets (up to 14), while most service businesses (contractors, electricians, plumbers) only get asked what services they received and how much they paid. That ""which services did you get"" question is worth paying attention to though, since it surfaces Google's pre-built list of services for your category, which doubles as a source of ideas for what to offer and promote.
