🇨🇱 Today, the first bell rang at the Texas Stock Exchange in Dallas, Challenging New York’s Dominance and Reshaping U.S. Capital Markets Landscape! 🇨🇱
The Texas Stock Exchange TXSE officially opened in Dallas today, introducing a new equity trading venue designed to compete for U.S. listings and trading activity alongside established national exchanges.
For more than a century, New York-anchored by the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-has served as the primary center of U.S. capital markets, handling the vast majority of domestic equity trading volume and listings. With the launch of TXSE, Texas is positioning itself to capture a greater share of listings, trading activity, and financial services jobs, further diversifying the geography of American capital markets.
This launch reflects Texas’ sustained economic expansion over the past decade, including strong job creation, consistent population inflows, and rapid growth in industries such as technology, energy, financial services, and advanced manufacturing. The state has added millions of residents since 2010 and continues to rank among the top states for business relocations and corporate expansions.
Texas is already home to a significant concentration of corporate headquarters, including major energy companies, financial institutions, and an increasing number of technology firms. Its relatively low tax burden, lighter regulatory environment, and large labor pool have made it a consistent destination for companies relocating or expanding operations from other states.
With today’s opening, Dallas further strengthens its role as a growing financial hub in the United States, complementing its established banking and corporate services sector. The exchange’s first trading day concluded with its closing bell, marking the start of its efforts to build liquidity, attract listed companies, and compete in the national exchange landscape.
So proud to call Texas home. 🇨🇱
So proud to call Dallas home.🇨🇱
So lucky to be there to witness this historic moment. Texas just made financial history. Welcome to Y’all Street! 🇨🇱

🇨🇱 Texas Is Open for Opportunity, Not Reinvention!
Many Texans do express concern about the state’s rapid growth, and some specifically mention the large number of newcomers from California. Common concerns include:
* Rising home prices and property values.
* Increased traffic and strain on infrastructure.
* Changes in community character and local culture.
* Worries about political and policy changes.
Since 2010, hundreds of thousands of Californians have moved to Texas, making California the #1 source of new Texans from another state. At the same time, Texas has become America’s premier destination for businesses. Since 2015 alone, 314 corporate headquarters have relocated to Texas-157 from California - bringing thousands of jobs and billions in economic impact. Companies like Tesla, Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Charles Schwab, Chevron, and SpaceX have all expanded or moved their headquarters here.
People come to Texas for a reason: freedom, opportunity, lower taxes, a strong economy, and our unique way of life.
If you choose to call Texas home, welcome - we’re glad you’re here. But we ask one thing: embrace Texas instead of trying to change it into the place “you left”.
Despite record population growth, Texas continues to elect Republican statewide leaders and remains one of the nation’s most conservative-governed states. That’s a reflection of the values many Texans continue to support.
Texas is America’s destination-Let’s protect its identity! So Please Don’t California my Texas. 🤠 Keep Texas, Texas!

Beyond the Blue Book: Meet America’s 4 Passports!
Did you know the United States has four different types of passports-not just the familiar blue one?
🇺🇸 1. Regular Passport (Blue) – The one most Americans use for vacations, business trips, and international travel.
🏛️ 2. Official Passport (Maroon) – Issued to U.S. government employees traveling overseas on official government business.
🌎 3. Diplomatic Passport (Black) – Reserved for U.S. diplomats and certain high-ranking government officials representing the United States abroad.
🩶 4. Service Passport (Gray) – Issued only in limited situations to individuals traveling overseas in support of the U.S. government who don’t qualify for an official passport.
While they all identify the bearer as a U.S. citizen or authorized traveler, each passport serves a unique purpose based on the traveler’s official role.
There is also a U.S. Passport Card (wallet-sized), but it is not a fifth passport type. It can be used only for land and sea travel between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and certain Caribbean countries, and cannot be used for international air travel.
Which one have you seen before? Most people are only familiar with the blue passport!

🚨 U.S.–Saudi Nuclear Pact: Opportunity or Risk?
The United States and Saudi Arabia have announced a landmark 30-year civilian nuclear cooperation agreement, commonly known as a “123 Agreement.”
Here’s what it means:
🇺🇸U.S. companies can help Saudi Arabia build and operate civilian nuclear power plants.
🇺🇸 The agreement is intended for peaceful uses only, such as generating electricity, medical research, and scientific development.
🇺🇸 It opens the door for American companies to compete for billions of dollars in reactor construction and nuclear technology projects.
🇺🇸 One of the most debated provisions is that Saudi Arabia may be allowed to enrich uranium domestically for civilian nuclear fuel under agreed safeguards. Critics argue this technology could, in theory, also be used to produce weapons-grade material if safeguards were ever abandoned.
Supporters say partnering with the U.S. is preferable to Saudi Arabia turning to China or Russia for nuclear technology, allowing Washington to maintain greater oversight and influence.
President Trump has also stated that moving forward with the agreement would be tied to Saudi Arabia joining the Abraham Accords and normalizing relations with Israel.
The agreement will still face congressional review, and many of the final details-including inspection requirements and enrichment limits-have yet to be publicly released.
This is one of the most significant U.S.–Saudi agreements in years and could have major implications for energy security, regional geopolitics, nuclear nonproliferation, and U.S. business opportunities.
What are your thoughts? Does this strengthen America’s strategic position in the Middle East, or does it create new long-term risks?

USA 🇺🇸 Israel 🇮🇱 Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative - What is Section 219, and why is everyone talking about it?
Buried in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is Section 219, a provision that would expand long-term defense cooperation between the United States and Israel.
The proposal includes greater collaboration in:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Cybersecurity
• Missile and air defense
• Counter-drone technology
• Directed energy systems
• Defense research, development, testing, and manufacturing
Supporters believe this will strengthen America’s military, accelerate innovation, and help counter threats from Iran, China, and terrorist organizations.
Critics argue that a policy with such long-term implications deserves a separate debate and vote in Congress rather than being included in a massive defense bill.
Regardless of where you stand, informed public discussion is essential. America’s national security must always come first. If Congress is considering a permanent expansion of military cooperation with any ally-including Israel-the American people deserve full transparency and an open debate. Strong alliances are important, but major national security decisions should never be buried inside a massive spending bill. Congress owes the public a direct vote on issues of this significance.
I’d like to hear your thoughts. Do you support this approach? What are your thoughts on Section 219?
