We completed a great week at Joe Bill Dixon’s Wilderness Running Camp. We ran. We had fun. We grew together.

Today was the challenge run. 13.4 hilly miles. 18 girls and 7 boys completed the challenge this morning. The middle school challenge run was 8 miles. We had two girls complete the challenge!

Total mileage this morning-

Girls- 278.8 for 23 girls.
Boys- 117 for 16 boys.
3 Coaches- 40.2

436 total miles. For reference, Missouri is 285 miles wide. So proud of our group.

Season starts 3 weeks from Monday. Six weeks from Saturday we will be racing 🐯
