The Local Markethouse

Fall is officially on the menu. 🍂

We took this week’s market and turned it into six meals we’d happily make on repeat! From Pumpkin Crumble French Toast and Brown Butter Sage Ravioli to Loaded White Chicken Chili and creamy mushroom pasta with sliced picanha.

Basically, if it feels cozy, seasonal, and makes you want to stay home for dinner… we’re into it.

And one more important thing: next week will be our final preorder window before we take a short pause to prepare our new Roanoke storefront. Final pickups and deliveries will be October 2–3.

Okay, this is a big one: The Local Markethouse is putting down roots!

For more than six months, you’ve shopped with us, shared us with your friends, picked up orders, welcomed deliveries and supported more than 50 local farmers, ranchers, bakers and makers through this little market.

Now, The Local Markethouse is getting a home in Roanoke.

That means more days to shop, more local food to discover and more room for the incredible people who make this community so special.

You can continue shopping as usual through Sunday, September 27, for pickup or delivery October 2–3. After that, ordering will pause for a few weeks while we pour everything into bringing the storefront to life.

We’ll be sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes progress along the way, with opening details coming soon. We cannot wait to bring you along for this next chapter!!
