After a quick inspection, we found the issue and got it taken care of with a new thermostat and impeller. Proper water flow was restored, engine temperatures returned to normal, and the motor is ready to get back to work.

Customer stopped by this morning with a stuck water pump housing on his Yamaha lower unit. After a bit of a fight we got the housing off to discover the impeller had melted to the stainless steel inert, damaging the insert, housing, bushing, and collet.

Since he needed his boat back on the water today, luckily we had a used but serviceable complete housing assembly on hand and installed the customer supplied impeller to get him back out the door in less than an hour.

This Suzuki 300 came in with intermittent trim issues, and after a full diagnostic we traced the problem back to a failing trim relay. Replaced the faulty relay, tested the system thoroughly, and made sure everything was operating properly before getting them back on the water.
