As a victim and the mother of this atrocity, I'm somewhat able to look around me, look back in history and identify the behavior and signs of so many that were victims.

Most of these young girls and boys are threatened with violence if they spoke out. But what happens when you speak out against your pastor, uncle, brother, aunt, sister, granddaddy or cousin and you're blamed and told to keep it a secret.

What happens when you become an outcast, told to forgive that person, act as if it never happened. These types of things gives power to victimizer to continue with the behavior.

The term, "Hurt people, hurt other people" is not always true, it's totally up to the individual to seek help and have enough heart and decency not to inflict that same hurt and pain on unsuspecting and innocent children.

Look at the churches that's being rocked to the core of it's foundation, the music industry, schools and more.

I think we've been sleeping too long. it's time to wake up, and heal.

It's time for some uncomfortable "TRUTHS"

We've lived in illusions and lies for so long, that it's become a norm. You can look around the Nation and see things are becoming progressively worse each decade.

Churches are popping up everywhere, yet the crime rate is growing. We have been disconnected from the source in so many ways. The plan was strategic and in their eyes it's working darn great.

Everything given to you in the last 400 years was mean for dominance and control. You can't see it because of the distractions.

When you have more questions than answers, you'll do your due diligence and research for yourself.

You ever wondered why they never intended for us to read. I've listened hundreds of lectures from some of the Greatest Men in History that hungered for truths and who we are as a people.

Without a shadow of doubt, I can see why we are where we're at as a people. It's too much to name here but if we don't wake up as a people, unite and take our power back, we will go back into slavery.

Your lymphatic system is the sewage system of the body. It's job is to drain waste from every area of the body. When it becomes stagnated in any of these areas, waste accumulates and starts the onset of many diseases.

Today I will focus on the axillary lymph node. The Axillary Lymph Node is directly under the armpits. When its not draining waste properly you're at risk of Breast Cancer.

Breast Cancer is on the rise in black and brown skin women. According to the NIH National Library of Medicine, it ranks #3 as one of the leading causes of death in this group of women.

May I add, Cancer and no other dis-ease can survive in an alkaline environment. Detox your body, eat to live and make conscious choices as to what you put on your body, as the skin is the biggest organ on your body.

The human body has around 500–600 lymph nodes, but can vary from person to person. These bean-shaped glands are scattered throughout the body, with large clusters in the neck, chest, groin, and abdomen.

When the lymphatic system removes waste it carries destroyed bacteria and other waste products back into the bloodstream. Your liver and kidneys remove these from the blood. The body then gets rid of this waste when you pass urine or defecation.
