Helping people heal from emotional trauma through the use of unadoptable mustangs. "Helping horses and healing hearts"
A huge thank you to Tyler for cleaning, sanding and staining our deck for fall programs. This was a much needed project to help protect our viewing platform and we greatly appreciate his continued help and support. The deck is looking brand new and ready for our restart!
Sarah is on the mend, summer is almost over and our programs are gearing up to get back on track for fall. Kyna got adjusted yesterday thanks to Dr. Danielle Kronk DC IVCA CCEP to get her ready. She was unsure about it and first, but ended up liking Dr. Kronk’s methods.

We don’t just work horses in the round pen. 😅 One of our clients came out today to meet with her vet (regular checkup - horse is fine) and we put the pups in the round pen to play while the vet was here. They had so much fun!

A quick update from The RIDE Foundation
Many of you have reached out to check on Sarah, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of the messages, prayers, and well wishes.
After dealing with a health issue for the past couple of months, Sarah had surgery this week and we’re happy to share that everything went well! The issue has been taken care of, and she is now home recovering and doing well.
Thankfully, summer is already a slower season for RIDE, giving Sarah the time she needs to heal. We’re looking forward to returning to our regular program schedule in October!
Thank you to everyone who has checked in and kept Sarah in your thoughts. Your support means so much to our RIDE family.

At RIDE, we’re honored to provide equine-assisted programs that help veterans, first responders, survivors of trauma, at-risk youth and those with emotional trauma build resilience, confidence, trust and more through the power of horses.
Whether you’ve participated in a program, volunteered, donated, or simply cheered us on, thank you for being part of our community. Your support makes this work possible.

Although we had a short spring this year, it was still a beautiful one. Anxiously looking forward to cooler weather for our participants and our horses!

It was hoof care day! Our incredible farrier trimmed hooves and replaced shoes to help keep our horses comfortable, balanced, and ready for the important work they do.
Thank you to everyone who supports The RIDE Foundation. Your generosity helps provide the care our horses need to continue our programs and remain healthy and happy.
