“Circular fashion was important to me because I don’t think sustainability has to mean compromising on fantasy, craft or couture,” Parishae Adnan tells No Manners Magazine about the ethos inspiring her latest collection. “Some of these garments and materials have existed for more than a decade. Rather than treating their history as something that limits them, I wanted to see how far I could push them into something completely new.”

Parishae Adnan presented her Second Skin collection at Flying Solo's NYFW showcase on September 13, 2026, and it was BTC's standout of the event.
The eight look collection is built from archival menswear, bridalwear and deadstock textiles, reworked through reconstruction, corsetry and embroidery.
The opening look, My Father's Tie, repurposes an embroidered tie originally made for Amir Adnan's 2001 collection, tying the show directly to family design history.
Parishae Adnan is CEO of the House of Amir Adnan, having moved from a consulting career into leading her family's fashion house.
The reviewer's strongest impression was the relationship between tailoring and embellishment, the construction held up even with heavy texture and beading in play.
