This crew stays current on required safety training, uses the proper PPE for the work being performed, and keep their equipment in safe, working condition. Their focus on following established procedures helps reinforce safe work practices every day.

We’re incredibly proud to share that our CROM team working on the St. Johns County WRF Project in St. Augustine was recently honored with Jacobs’ 2026 Excellence in Safety Award.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that this award is traditionally presented to Jacobs team members, but Jacobs leadership made the decision to honor CROM because they considered us to be part of the Jacobs family.

We’re especially proud that our team was recognized not only for what we built, but for how we built it—through leadership, teamwork, communication, quality, and, above all, safety.

A huge congratulations to Evan, Nina, Rick and their CROM crew who helped make this project a success. Your commitment to looking out for one another and holding a high standard in the field is what this recognition is all about.
